2016 SVS-Stillwater Creek Vineyard

SVS is our Single Vineyard Series; this one featuring the highly regarded Stillwater Creek Vineyard. It’s a voluptuous, multi-dimensional Bordeaux style blend exploding with dark fruit and impressive balance of tannins and acid.  The color is a deep garnet with a nose of rich ripe dark fruits, soft cinnamon, and supple sweet toasted wood.  The front palate has you from the get-go, filling your mouth with vibrant ripe blackberry and fleshy black cherry leading to lush black huckleberry and plump black plum sauce and finishing with distinctive cassis, juicy loganberry and hints of graphite, classic black cocoa and spicey toasted wood.  Thoroughly enjoy now or cellar for 3 to 9 years.
